He possesses over 30 years of professional experience, and has held senior leadership positions at prominent regional banks in Saudi Arabia, namely The National Commercial Bank (NCB), Saudi Hollandi Bank (ABN Amro), and Banque Saudi Fransi (Credit Agricole SA), with over USD 200 MM under management. His expertise spans across various domains including Corporate and Retail Banking, Credit Audit and Risk Management. He is a finance graduate from Trinity University in the USA.

Arun, an Indian national, was born and raised in the UAE. He brings with him a substantial background in the HR industry, having worked extensively for companies in UAE and Saudi Arabia. He completed his education at Bangalore University in India, and holds a postgraduate diploma in HR & Operations from Symbiosis University in Pune, India.

Throughout his career, Arun has held positions with notable companies including Specialist Services (Oil & Gas industry), Emitech Group (Construction industry) and Saudi Gulf Group. His passion in sales and deep understanding of HR practices have driven him to pursue business development opportunities in HR services.
